E-Mail service is a way of receiving faxes that are sent to a
standard telephone number but are received as an email
attachment at your e-mail address.
No fax machine is required to receive the fax, which is private
to your email address. Most organisations still use substantial
amounts of fax, particularly where signatures are required to
sign important company documents such as quotes, invoices,
expenses and contracts.

abroad or at home, provided you can access your e-mail you can
receive your faxes.
The Fax 2 E-Mail service enables customers to receive faxes
directly to their email address as standard file attachments, in
PDF or TIFF format. The service is a confidential way of
receiving faxes and for important documents is an alternative to
using a shared fax machine. Received faxes can be seen
immediately, and filing forwarding and printing of faxes is
handled just like email.
Secure control of the service functionality is via the web where
you can change your email address and fax format. Changes take
effect immediately.
