provides an offline database utility for you to create clients
and matters and assign your own self styled milestone plans
(progress reports). This module will strengthen existing
business relationships and minimise routine telephone calls.
Case Tracker stores progress updates on files against your
plan and, as frequently as you wish, the data is published on
line. Our secure web server will then host and make this data
available from a link on your website for your clients and
business contacts, ranging typically from estate agents to
bulk work providers, to review transactions on line.
This module is pro-active and will provide you with new levels
of client care and business contact satisfaction. Case Tracker
will automate emails alerting connected parties that updates
are available to be viewed on line.
Installation and training of the module takes no longer than 1
day. By the end of the day your data will be on line and fully
accessible by your clients and business contacts. We provide
