1, Dictate a letter/file note/memo into a digital voice recorder
2, Connect voice recorder to your PC or laptop for automatic
upload to our partners server for transcription
3, We return documents via e-mail or chosen method to you. . . .

Accuracy
All our work is transcribed and then independently quality
checked before return
If there is a need to make subsequent amendments to the finished
document they can be done quickly and efficiently on screen
whilst proof reading
Where possible, we get the same people to transcribe a client's
file so that a level of familiarity is developed
Workflow Management
Work for transcription delivered to our partner by 10.00pm will
be returned completed by 9.00am the following morning including
weekends and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas and Boxing Day).
